Can those who play Genshin Impact answer? Are there story and dialogue differences between Aether and Lumine?

Because if Lumine is dating Xiao, will Aether also be dating Xiao?

Have no clue about that didn't play to pay attention is any of that but I would imagine nothing much changes as it's cheaper and easy to do development wise. Tbh I totally forgot you could even choose to be the guy lol.

Story is the same and nothing really Changes between the two of them. Single lines are changed. Kayha I think is flirting with aether. While childe is flirting with lumine. Lisa makes inuedos towards everyone.
Not sure about Xiao but I can't remember that there is much more than good friend stuff going on. Xiao is a lonely guy he is greatful for every interaction. Give him love.
