I don’t sing well or around others. I can play maracas and tambourine. I can do basic partnered dancing like for dances or wedding receptions.

I used to do all 3. I used to be a great dancer because my aunt and her best friend next door taught me all the latest dances when I was growing up. Then, one day, I was trying to come up with a routine on my front porch steps to a song by The Monkees, "I'll Be Back Upon My Feet" and while I was doing it, this cute redhead was walking by across the street and stood there watching me. As soon as I spotted her, I got very self-conscious and stopped dancing. I never danced again after that.
I still can sing, write and play drums, bass and keys.

never took the time to learn and play any instrument, so no... and the one I really wanted to try was the drums, but even when I had an actual chance... I skipped, lol

I love singing, and I like dancing. Well, I'm not so sure that people think I can actually sing (though I took 2 singing courses). There's a karaoke app I use weekly. I got A, A+ on the average. However, I think most of my followers are bots. Lol. I would like to learn how to play piano too for my niece.

I've always like her.

I've taken some dance classes for fun but I'm no pro. I can play a few instruments but not well. Forget singing. I would hurt your ears.

I still cringe thinking about karaoke I did. Shudderingly bad. Never again.

I can play the tambourine and use 🪇.

I’ve only done partnered dancing at school dances and wedding receptions. Nothing too crazy.

I think it was the choice of song. I think the key may be finding something that gels with personality so that it flows naturally. Some people are naturally gifted and can sing just about anything hitting a full range of notes.
