Why don't they make any Disney films like The Aristocats and Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs anymore?

The new Disney movies lack creative, soul, and compelling interest to the matches compared to the older Disney from the past like these are classics and masterpieces. Why is that.

The current roster of "creatives" at Disney and other studios frankly don't have the talent to do anything original, because they weren't hired or retained for their creativity. This is why almost everything is a bastardized remake, and even their "new" stuff all uses the same recycled animations from movies that came out a decade ago. They also can't tell a story with any proper character arcs or valuable moral or life lessons, because the political climate within the company is openly hostile to such things.

There's also the difference between the people who built the company out of their own passion and interests, versus those who treat it as just a job, or a stepping stone for other things.

A big part of it is the company's politicization, but that's only part; it's not like you can't tell compelling stories with complex characters who're gay or black or whatever- though that requires that they be characters first, not demographics characteristics.

The bigger issue, though, is that they're writers who're trained as writers- and that's all. They don't study psychology or history or economics or dance, and they don't READ much, so they can tell you WHAT [STANDARD HUMAN] would do in a given situation, but not WHY they'd do it. Their grasp of reality is appallingly limited.

Look at Disney's Star Wars, compared to the prequels. The prequels weren't very good, but they at least were trying; there was a good story there, and good parts even to what we got. Disney's were made by people who've never even READ Joseph Campbell, and think that Mircea Elliade is a kind of salmon.

Those productions were expensive to produce. Now they take shortcuts, automating the animation and using special effects. Also they have to make it just more woke trash.
