What do you think about them dumping Sheldon off of Young Sheldon?

They've decided to end the show this year and do a spinoff about Mandy and Georgie keeping only Missy and Meemaw.

Sheldon is insufferable, he can't act, he's not funny, he has no timing, he over-does it and he's ruined his own show. They couldn't fire him like in the olden days because it would "hurt his feelings," so they abruptly ended their #1 show to start over with a good cast.

I very much liked Young Sheldon and that show was better than the typical sitcom. However, I must admit that I haven't watched it in a few years, but I've watched very little TV in the past 4 years.

The show did need to end though for the very simple reason that "young Sheldon", the character, needed to start looking like "adult Sheldon" and that was just not going to happen; Ian Armitage who plays young Sheldon is a teen now and, by this age, he should look significantly like adult Sheldon and he most definitely was not.

good choice, young sheldon wasn't funny nor emotional. but missy could be interesting character!

Probably to do with him getting older and not fitting the part anymore, tends to happen with child actors because they are still growing
