What is your favorite roller coaster?

I personally love roller coasters! I'm a roller coaster enthusiast and ride 30+ roller coasters each year. I'd like to know your favorite! Or are you afraid of coasters? Please tell me, I'd love to know!

My favorite is Top Thrill Dragster... It is the second, soon to be first, tallest coaster in the world that features a top hat. It currently stands 420 feet! It resides in Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio. Have you ridden this coaster before? Would you ride it?

Between Kingda Ka and Nitro. Both in Six Flags New Jersey.

Kingda Ka is currently the tallest coaster in the world at 456 feet. Second fastest at 128 mph. It's literally Top Thrill Dragster but just a bit bigger and faster.

Nitro is just fun. It's about a mile long track. Moves at 80 mph at its fastest. Has some good loops and inverts. My boyfriend hates it cause it doesn't have a traditional harness; it's more of a triangle holding you by the thighs and crotch. Not a good coaster to ride with a tube top 😅

I know... Kingda Ka is a copycat coaster. It was made when Cedar fair was trying to make the most extraordinary coasters. Six Flags didn't like them having the title though.

I want to try that one so bad! My favorite (also my favorite place for first dates when I was a bachelor) that I tried was Thunder Dolphin in Tokyo. It's 262.5ft tall and reaches a maximum speed of 81mph.

It's not very loopy or windy but the initial vertical drop is the most fun part, just straight vertical drop. It has some serious vert to the point where you can't see the track below.

Another one I enjoyed was Hollywood Dream Coaster at Universal Studios, Japan. It's not nearly as intense in the drops as Thunder Dolphin, but what it does that adds a very interesting twist is that once you go through the ride forward, you do it again backwards. Riding a rollercoaster backwards add an interesting twist to the usual feeling, not being able to see where we're going.

I definitely want to try the Top Thrill Dragster one if I get a chance to visit the US! Rollercoasters are some of my favorite things in the world. I wish I could live in an amusement park and just ride rollercoasters all day. If I'm stressed out, ride rollercoaster. If I'm bored, ride rollercoaster.

I'm a lifelong vert skater and there's something to vert skating that feels similar to me with amusement parks (as well as riding big swings on the playground while standing). I think it's how I got addicted to skating, but I never liked street since it doesn't have that same kind of rush and feeling to it.

You know the Pirate Ship type of rides? I think vert skating has that kind of feeling to it. Pendulum motion and a feeling like you're flying really high. Anyway, always been addicted to heights and the feeling of flying and falling. Used to have dreams all the time as well about it where I could just levitate off the ground and fly.

We had the worst customer service there. They have okay rides, but they have nothing on their sister park Kings Island. But there's a lot of fun things to do in williamsburg.

I've never went there, but I enjoy Kings Island and the coaster capital of america a lot. I have a lot of respect for all of Cedar Fair parks though. So you might expect me to be there one day.

My favorite rollercoaster is Taron at Phantasialand in Germany! That ride is just pure perfection for me. From the beginning until the end is just madness! I can ride that one the whole day if the queue is not too long.
