I love Seagulls because I grew up 2 blocks from the Pacific ocean and I could always hear them. They were part of a great experience growing up so close to the ocean.

I like pretty much all Corvids and all Birds of Prey,

wood pigeons are seriously stupid, I have a couple of fat ones fly into my garden most days, they are as about as bright as the average Blue Anon.

I like raptors and owls, hummingbirds, cardinals, bluebirds, road runners, swans, ducks, wading birds, woodpeckers and sapsuckers, quails and pheasants even though they're invasive

Growing up in the spring time, kids were told the rules of survival. Number 1. Stay away from the trees. Number 2. Protect your scalp. And not just with a hat, I mean a helmet. Every kid had a horror story of being swooped and injured by magpies.

In my area we shared around this terrifying (though exaggerated) story about a kid who's eyes were pecked at by magpies, and lost most of his vision. In conclusion: they are born evil 😄

Keep in mind I'm talking about Australian magpies. Those are a lot more territorial and aggressive than the ones across the globe. They're a symbol of fear over here - we even named a footy team after em lmao
