I heard it for the first time when I was going through a mental breakdown, because my grandma had died and I was also unemployed and that was the first time I realized that me and my mom are gonna die some day. And they would play that freakin' commercial several times a day. Then someone in the freakin' comments had to mention that their mother listened to this song on her death bed.

I'll be honest, I didn't even look up the lyrics, so I'm not even sure what it's about, I just know the melody is very sad and I associate this song with sadness and death.
