Off the top of my head, I'd say "Je t'aime... moi non plus", but that's only if we're focusing on the delivery and NOT the lyrics, which are just depressing. Unless you don't know French, I suppose; Jane Birkin's performance is VERY intense, to the extent that at one point, you literally hear her stop breathing, and if you have no idea what they're saying, it probably gives a different mood.
Interestingly, the song was inspired by a Salvador Dali quote: "Picasso is a Spaniard; so am I. Picasso is a genius; so am I. Picasso is a Communist... neither am I", and there's not a whole lot of situations where Salvador "I don't do drugs; I AM drugs" Dali and "seductive" go together, so hey, bonus points.
