Should I give up art and writing since there’s AI?

Context: I’ve been doing art since I was 6-7, I’m now in my early 20s and I have been writing since middle school but now, I’ve been debating on giving up and burying it all due to the rise of AI “art”.

No you shouldn't give up on something that you are talented in. It's a gift that not everyone has. AI can go to hell. It will never be authentic like the human expression in art and writing. That's the beauty of it. Don't give up on that. I haven't. And I don't think I ever will no matter how advanced AI gets in it.

It's a shame you feel that way.
I'm against AI in art myself.
And to me, it gets even more important to support real artists because of AI.

One of the things I love about art is the human aspect of things.
