I believe it's the instrumental version of Beneath the Mask by Shoji Meguro. Why the instrumental? The lyrics don't really fit my mood, since they're far too hopeful and even have a mischievous vibe, but the tune itself is literally spot on. Not just today, but pretty much everyday.
If I were to choose something more energetic and inspiring, it would be The Battle for Everyone's Souls, again by Shoji Meguro. As long as I'm not at rock bottom, almost devoid of any hope, I guess it does fit a certain repressed side of my emotions.
Then, were I to express myself through the lyrics rather than the tune itself, I'd go for Time to Make History. While the tune is far too cheerful, the lyrics are almost spot on in this case. Of course, that's only provided I'm exceptionally motivated to live at the given moment, and there's also the minor issue with the "you gotta play by the rules" line, which if followed, would almost guarantee an untimely demise.
Then if I were forbidden from using Persona OST, I'd have to use a short playlist rather than a single song. The playlist would be composed of Sabaton songs, with Great War, Fields of Verdun and Into the Fire being its core components.

Sorry he blocked you. not to give you false hope or anything but there's still a chance he may suddenly come back and try to contact you. you should watch more of that coach craig guys videos to understand the 'no contact rule'. You should continue to take this time to work on yourself more overall though. best wishes, maybe come a few months (sometimes earlier or later it depends) from now you'll be in a better place mentally.
I just found this oldie a while back and though the lyrics don't necessarily fit my mood.. the way she sings it does... just kind of a 'its another good day' vibe i get from it.

I've been listening a lot to East Hastings by GodSpeed You Black Emperor... an ex, with whom I remained friends after we broke up, introduced me to the music. He died about 3 years ago. The song takes me back to happier times when we used to make music together (he was a guitarist, I sing/play piano)... and the music allows me to just get lost in the moment.
