It doesn't matter for voice actors. For actual acting roles, the actor should be the race/ethnicity of the original character, especially for classic stories.

There is only one reason for changing the race/ethnicity of a lead character... wokeness. Like most American's I have had more than enough of wokeness and I will not support films that are clearly woke.
