she can definitely sing for real, and also make hits

she's definitely a good actress and has done it already

and she can absolutely combine and would do both... plays and musicals would come easy to her, so... she's been successful at all these already

There really aren't very many in the current era. All of the examples I've seen listed are either clearly one or the other, or they're only mediocre at both.

For me it has been Hailee Steinfeld. One thing she said in an interview that stood out to me was “If I get burned out with one thing I can just switch to the next” and she’s very talented at both in my opinion. One thing I know about burn out is that it does affect your work ethic.

There's a few honestly.. Jamie Foxx is a great actor and singer.. Jennifer Lopez is an okay singer and a pretty good actor but she was successful as both.. Jennifer Hudson is also a great actress and singer.. Jared Leto is also a good one..
