Does this mean GaG will still be doing business as usual on this website or adhere to the reinforcement of our First Amendment Rights?

Let me explain this as simply as I can for those that REALLY do not understand First Amendment rights, but love to tell people they do...

Do you think that a grown man should be able to post pedophillic pictures and discuss his "love for children," at length on this or any other website because of his "freedom of speech" rights? What if his "freedom of speech," contains photos of your children?

Oops! There is a reason "Freedom of Speech" has never been and never will be absolutely unchecked and free. If you or anyone else bothered to read any of the terms of service for this or literally any website, you will find pages and pages of documents which by the way, YOU LEGALLY AGREED TO ADHERE TO, that state that this or any website has the right to remove material from their site. Just like a business has the right to kick you out of their business (see gay cake drama story), a private company/website, has the right to determine what can and cannot remain on their website. What you are implying is that the government should be allowed to tell you that the website you created has to allow pedophiles to talk and post freely. I don't know about you, but I sure AF do not want to live in a world where any decent human being thinks that s--t is okay.

All social media platforms have the own set of what are unfair standards in the first place. Facebook for instance will ban you for absolutely nothing. It seems like these sites are become too kid friendly. It is the parent's job to decide what their kids hear and see.

First Amendment Rights do not extend to private speech. Only to the Federal government. GAG is not obligated.

Gag is a private entity. The constitution only protects against government overstepping its bounds. So thr first amendment doesn't apply.
