Depends, if I have actual controle of it and dont need to learn my powers than either time or teleportation. But if I have to learn by trial and error these two can be deadly, depending on how it works.
I would go for animal transformations. Become animals I have seen and transform back as long as I can keep my thoughts and knowledge in animal form.
