Every morning is the same. As soon as I come out of the bathroom into the kitchen, I mix some "Cardio Miracle" health powder into about 2/3 of a liter of well water from my tap. Then I sit down and use it to wash down a bunch of vitamins and minerals. A while later, I make 24 oz of 100% organic coffee. Once that is brewed, I pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids, add just a touch of Equal Exchange hot coco powder (not too sugary) to each cup, and top them off with enough cold, whole milk to make them cool enough to drink.
