Although unrelated, I unintentionally visited a community called Twin Peaks in the San Bernardino Mountains region of southern California.

I ran into car trouble there in the early '90s and I gullibly thought it was the town the TV series was named after.

My brothers made a fuss about Lara Flynn Boyle and Sherilyn Fenn back then when they thought both of those actresses were hot.

Meanwhile, I think my mom was a fan of the show.

I wasn't.
