I didn't say I remembered all dreams the only dreams I remember are the ones that are more vivid.

And I do remember most of the vivid dreams.

It might sound nonsense to you , but for me it's the truth

I had so many nightmares it used to impact before as a child but you know as you grow up you know it's just a nightmare just like watching a horror movie..

For example this was my dream around 9 years old I had a dream where I felt like someone was sitting on my chest.

Later I see that I am in air and I could see my father and family sleeping on a different bed

And me on the bed next to it I could also see the tamarind tree from the window in the dark.

And myself from the 3rd perspective view and I couldn't talk scream or wake up something caught my neck which is invisible but not allowing me to breathe or scream

And I had this dream like multiple times some scenarios kept changing but I was not able to speak or scream remained the same..

The dreams which have more impact on the subconscious I remember those.

Like one time in my school I had a severe headache so I had to sleep in the bench itself

Suddenly I was into the dream world on a hill dogs chasing me and suddenly I was on a bicycle now I took a jump from the hill then I hit my head on the desk boom I woke up everyone was looking at me embarrassing lol..

I can go on and on but what's the use so in similar ways if it's so frequent in nature you just stop caring about it..

Dreams where you cannot move are common and a body protection to keep you from doing the things that occur in your dream for real. I dreamed that I was trying to kick a snarling dog trying to get me, but kicked the wall by my bed instead. That time the protection didn't work for me.

The point was to tell I remember my dreams like I remember key points in the sequence of dreams..

Like if I still try to rember them I get these images immediately that's why I took time remembering and typing it for you..

For the first dream I mentioned sone told me it was astral projection

But when I tried to study and perform the astral projection I partially succeeded once right when I felt I was about to leave my body I felt an unsettling fear boom and back to senses..
And by will it never happened.
