I know there are better amps out there, but I still love my Orange.

I prefer acoustic personally. It's more intimate.

I have a friend who uses only Marshalls and another bassist who swears Eden are the best

I have an acoustic guitar, so no amplifier needed.

If it’s a bass guitar, then something like a Crest CA9 into a Mesa 2x12 cabinet. But nobody loves the heavy gear anymore, and I haven’t played in decades.

I play acoustic guitar mostly, so when I amplify, it's generally through a P. A. system, like a Fishman, Bose or JBL.
