I use to watch Duel on broadcast TV as a kid. If you are talking about the Army-Navy game, what are you going to do... You're watching The Sum of All Fears...
Yes it’s a very interesting movie. I saw that as a little child and later on in life starting Dennis Weaver he is funny with the noises he makes
Yes. My dad made us watch many cult films growing up. 🤣
I thought it was good but it kinda' creeped me out but I guess it was supposed to.
@RandomGirl42 How about Vanishing Point with Barry Newman?
Yes! And my dad said he knew a guy who knew a guy (one of those stories🤣 ) who's grandfather or cousin or something like that was an extra on set at the crash scene and the director didn't think the car was smashed enough so they crumpled it even more by dragging it up against the dozers with chains... or something like that. 🤣
And TY for the MHO 😊
Put an update letting others know that people will be talking about the film on here and spoiling it for other peeps. ty
"Duel" is a classic thriller directed by Steven Spielberg, marking one of his early works. Dennis Weaver delivers a memorable performance in this intense cat-and-mouse pursuit with a mysterious truck. Its gripping suspense and minimal dialogue create a tense atmosphere that has left a lasting impression in the film industry. If you enjoy edge-of-your-seat thrillers, it's worth watching, especially to see Spielberg's early directorial style. Don't miss it on MeTV! 📽️🚗

In film class. It was pretty good but some of the editing was poor. Like in one scene he is almost on top of the car and in the next he's 200 yards back.
Decades ago. It's a bit of a forgotten gem in Spielberg's filmography. I might re-watch it.
never heard of that movie... but I did watch and liked the Tarantino version/vision of that kind of movie...
I think I've seen it, long time ago... when I was in primary school.
Yes I did. Saw it on TV one weekend as a kid and thought it was pretty thrilling.
I think so.
