Maybe they don't think she's earned her fame. I see she's actually been in quite a few movies. I've only seen a handful of them and she didn't leave any kind impression on me in any of them. Save for maybe Euphoria, which was just terrible.
I don't have anything against Sydney Sweeney. She is attractive. She's just not a memorable actress. Or at least she hasn't been in a role I've seen yet.
