How would you describe the cultural vibe and influences in these songs’ sound?

These music takes me back to grade school. I'm one of the performers of these songs. So im trying to analyze it's vibes. It sounds Hispanic it also sound Italian or French but sometimes it also sound German because of the polka beats and if paired with minor chords, it sounds Russian but the timbre sound East Asian Ghuzeng/Pipa fused with mandolin. It's Spanish influenced but it don't sound Andalusian influenced but sounds more like it came from Castile and Asturias. It also feel like Mexican or other south American music but don't have that much jazz, loud trumpets and afro drums. It also generally sound closer to Mediterranean music but on it's mountainous side. Translate this to accordion pieces, it would sound French or Argentine. Often simplified to sounding Spanish but of course I know Spain is pretty diverse. The Philippines absorbed more of Spain's Castile influence.

This one is quite unique. Asian melodies fits the timbre I'm talking about
