I’m a total comfort-watcher too 😄
When I’m clueless what to put on, I usually go for:

Friends reruns on HBO or Netflix, because the jokes just never get old.
Any random episode of Criminal Minds or Law & Order: SVU, perfect background crime TV.
Or a cozy K-drama I’ve already seen, like Crash Landing on You, just for the vibes 💕

Every channel you said, with the exception of Forensic Files.. Investigation Discovery is my definite first go to. I like every crime show they have, Fear Thy Neighbor being my favorite!
