Autumn. I like it because it feels calm and balanced, the heat of summer is gone, but it’s not yet the harsh cold of winter. The air feels fresher, and everything slows down a bit.

I also love the colors during this season. The mix of red, orange, and yellow leaves makes even ordinary places look more beautiful. There’s something reflective about autumn too, it feels like a time to reset, think, and settle into a quieter rhythm.

Summer. Great weather, warm temp, flowers in full bloom, green trees & plants, birds singing, comfortable indoors without heating, wide variety of in season fruits, slow & calm season for most people, daylight until 10pm, warm nights, etc.

Autumn has a slight edge over summer for me now. It's when everything starts relaxing and there's fun autumn stuff to do. I like spring but if it's one thing I really hate it's chilly spring mornings. That to me is so much worse than just any icy winter. Really irritates me.

    Winter.

Camping, ice fishing, ice skating, skiing, snowmobiling, crisp snow, beauty, solitude, no bugs, warm fires, good sleep, snow cones, tourtiere, making a snowman and then tackling it, Christmas, cuddling with your s/o while not overheating...

      @InknKink,

All of that plus skiing, no twice daily showers, no 2 sets of clothes per day.

  • I’m a total autumn girl too 🍁
Crisp air, cozy hoodies, warm lattes, and that soft golden light make everything look like an art film frame. I love how trees turn into this living watercolor painting, perfect for sketching outside. Plus spooky season is the best: horror movie marathons, Halloween aesthetics, and late-night walks with crunchy leaves underfoot just hit different 🎃✨

Is was Fall most of my life. I really enjoyed the cool weather and the change of the season. My favorite now is now Spring. I now enjoy watching the world wake up with new plants, flowers, baby animals and we shake off the gloom of winter skies.

I love summer but late spring /early fall is probably nicest, still nice beach weather but less brutal heat.

Winter because I live in a very high humidity heat in Miami Florida so I enjoy nice cool nights and days without having to turn my air-conditioning on

But I’ve been noticing that the winners are making my eyes really itchy starting in the late fall. I want to find a way to correct that in the future any pointers?

Presuming it's caused by dry eyes and not allergies...

HYLO gel drops is what I use made by Candor Vision. However, I don't believe it's available in the USA over-the-counter. Which is an absolute shame. It's by and large the best eye drops for dry itchy eyes.

Otherwise, find eye drops with Sodium Hyaluronate at 2mg/ml or +.2%.

The difference from one product to another will just be how how viscous and lubricating the drops are and how long they last before completely dissipating.

@InknKink yes it’s dry eyes but every October late October. I start getting really itchy for about three or four months out of the year then it goes back to normal again.

I have dry eye disease. I've tried metric tun of products over the years. hylo has been the best non-prescription eye drops I've found that work by notably large margin.

I use a combination of warm compresses, cequa (prescription), hylo intense for daytime relief, and then Ocunox ointment for overnight protection.

Everything I use that you can buy is made by Candor vision's hylo line of products.

      Thera tears are garbage.

Take what you will from that and if in doubt, go see an optometrist.

It could be dry eyes. A lot of people notice it starts with seasonal changes, especially around October when the air gets colder and drier. It’s pretty common in late fall and winter, and it can cause itching and irritation even if your eyes aren’t actually ‘dry’ feeling. You might want to keep an eye on it during that season change.
I have chronic dry eye syndrome. I know how it is. But I keep it under control. When it flares up, warm compresses help, and staying well hydrated with enough water also makes a difference.

Thank you. My eyes are doing very well now. It used to be like this because of a hard education and study period, but over time it became under control.
Honestly, nothing helped me much except warm compresses twice a day. I don’t do them regularly anymore, because I am well now, only during seasonal changes like early autumn (September–October) or when winter is very cold.
I used many eye drops before, but I felt they didn’t really help and in my case they even caused some irritation and made my lashes feel weaker. After stopping them, my lashes became thick again like before. Out of all the drops I tried, Systane Ultra was the only one that helped me manage mild symptoms.

I don’t really have a favorite season, but I do prefer warmer weather. Anything from late spring to early fall works for my need to be outside.

    The season 1.

Very often the season 1, because it's the one where everything is new, decor isn't set and every scenes, feelings and thoughts remain possible.

An equivalent, in the real world could be your average spring to me?
