Did you watch True Blood, and what did you love or hate about it?

Yeah, I watched it. What I loved most was how different it felt from other vampire shows. The characters were interesting, and the mix of mystery, romance, and dark humor kept me hooked 🪝 ... But on the other hand, the later seasons got a bit too chaotic. It started to feel like they were trying to do too much, and the ending wasn't as satisfying as I hoped. Overall though, I still think it's a fun show that's worth watching.
Totally love it, yes!
A breath of fresh air to have the Gay/Lesbian/Queer aspects front and center.
The Vampire genre has always been erotic and much of it with homosexual overtones but way too subliminal for me.
This was done the way it should be!

The last seasons got really bad. It sort of shifted into a sifi show at the end.
I ever saw it. I thought you were talking about this movie.
I binged True Blood back in the day and it was such a wild, messy ride 🧛♀️🔥
I loved the Southern Gothic vibe, the campy humor, the opening credits, and how unapologetically weird and sexy it was. Pam and Lafayette completely stole the show for me.
I hated how chaotic the later seasons got, too many storylines and love triangles, and some character deaths felt cheap rather than emotional.

It was just a darker version of twilight, which was better but still twilight
I loved it, one of my favourite vampire shows, I loved the mythology and that vampires were "out" so to speak.
A few years ago I got to meet Jessica herself, Debrorah Ann Woll!
That’s an old show. I’ve seen some of it. Not a big fan
I loved the first three seasons the rest not so much
Looks like Vampire Academy
