I prefer the rock. Although my pole training playlist has everything from 10s pop, rock, contamporar r&b, even rap and more.
It needs different styles to train different things. A contamporary performance has different rythm and bpm to strenght or sensual or power.
Its also the one playlist that is ordered and NOT on shuffle.
