I should start off by saying, I'm an outgoing person, I like being around people so I find it very easy to make friends. I think have a hard time understanding introverts who struggle with making friends, so I'm sorry if I sound rude. I dont want to be that way. I hope I don't come across as such. * hug * Okay, ready for story time? Lol

There was someone on social media who was saying that summertime is hard for them because people have not always shown up for them and it makes them feel lonely. I responded with saying that it's important for them to handle situations on their own and not always rely on people but not to give up. Friends can be found in unexpected places.

They snapped back saying I was insensitive and that people end their life because people aren't always there. (Always? Of course not always. People have lives.)

I think it's concerning if somebody always relies on another person. It's part of adulting to figure out how to handle situations on your own I believe. I'm not saying you need to handle everything on your own, but you don't need to sulk around when you don't have someone right there because you've learned how to mentally equip yourself with situations on your own. I've met people like this in real life too.

One guy kept complaining about how he can't make any friends. It was always everybody else's problem to him. The guy was in his mid-30s, no friends.

I used to have a friend who had a photo album and in this album she had 30 plus pictures of all these different kinds of friends who she said did something wrong to her. It didn't take long until she accused me of something I didn't do. And it was the most hilarious one of all. She said I was doing witchcraft in her kitchen when I was making a pot of tea.😂😂I most certainly was not.

I have the option to watch a 4 year old girl a 2 year old girl and a 1 year old girl (Joy is that one year old who loves me to death. lol)

I also have the option to watch 2 5 year old boys and a 3 year old boy.

Which one should I take? Tbh, I'm leaning toward the girls more tho, but the 4 y/o gets on my last nerve.

And if you have kids do you wish you didn't have any kids?

I wish I didn't have my second child. It really altered my life and made me really depressed and unhappy.

A house husband is a man who stays at home regardless of having children or not and a stay a home father is of course just a man who stays home to watch the children. House husbands has been slowly becoming more popular over recent years although I wouldn’t say it’s common.

Personally I don’t find it attractive in a man. I’m more traditional and believe men should provide and lead. I have yet to see a successful house husband relationship where the woman was content and the man was pulling his weight. I don’t judge couples who choose to live that way but, I wanted to know other people’s opinions as it becomes a more popular thing.

What’s your opinion on house husbands? Men, would you want to be one? Women, could you be in a relationship with a man who stayed at home? Should men only stay home if there are children are involved?

I just saw on the interwebs that the actor, Darren Criss, named his new baby "Brother." That's his new son's first name. 🤦‍♀️

Can you imagine when the boy starts dating and his girlfriend/boyfriend introduces him to people and they say, "This is my boyfriend, BROTHER." 🥴

You can name your kid whatever you want, but at the same time, the line needs to be drawn somewhere and I think this is it. This is where the line should be drawn. 😂

Maybe I'm just being "judgy", but what do you think? Should it be illegal to name your kids certain things?

My family and I are debating whether to give my 92 year-old great-grandma the bad news about her son's (grandpa) passing. She only knew his condition wasn't good when she sometimes visited him at the hospital but we lied to her that he's going to improve. The truth is he wasn't going to ever get better.

She has no dementia and has been asking about him a few times this past week. We haven't told her that he's dead. The news will greatly devastate her and there is a chance she might not be able to handle it. She had issues getting pregnant for years, had him in her mid 30's and he was her only child.

If you were her, in your early 90's and still with good memory, would you want to know about your child's passing? Should we tell her? If so is there a more calmer way to bring her the news?

Imagine you have a friend with whom you've had an argument. Proper reconciliation doesn't happen and the friend decides to create distance. Which scenario would you argue is psychologically worse for you?

Being cut off immediately: Your friend never talks to you or opens/responds to your messages again

Gradually distanced from: Your friend gradually distances themselves from you, sending shorter and shorter messages, taking longer to reply and using less warm tones when texting (including the lack of emojis)
