My son's bachelor's college graduation was cancelled due to the COVID lockdown.
It upset him greatly.
I don't blame him.

That's not to the point of this question, but it made me think of the unfortunate situation.

I never had a graduation. I started working full time at 16 during the day while doing business training at night.
