Should I get another rebounder so that comment can join in if they like, would you want the option yourself?

My rebounder arrived today. I use it for physiotherapy but also for fun 🤩

I have placed it on one side of my large minimalist studio…. I have empty space on opposite wall, I’m wondering if I should get another for company in case they want to jump or if I suddenly want to jump on impulse it will not be rude bc they have the option as well.

Yes, I’d like the option of jumping. 👍

I do not really prefer it personally but I still think it a good idea to have two for company. Why not 🤷🏻‍♀️

You don't need a second one. If someone else wants to jump, you can take turns.

I have a mini-trampoline. I've had it for maybe five years. I think someone else has used it three times, and only just to try it out. There is just no need for both of us to jump at the same time. Even one takes up too much room in the living room, but I don't have anywhere else to put it, except in an unheated room where I'd never use it.

Those things are actually pretty good cardio exercise, and good to expend some energy when I've been sitting at the computer too long. Also good for balance if you spin while jumping. Maybe I should get a rope and jump rope while hopping on it.

My setting is a very rectangular long room with even spacing on each side except for the trampolines so I don't know if I’d even mind the extra space it takes it’d be even lol

The one I have now is my second one. I had one in the early 90s when I went back to college.

When I was in gymnastics, they still had trampoline as a gymnastics event. Rumor had it that they quit doing it because it was too dangerous. I don't know if that was true or not. Only boys did trampoline, girls did other stuff. Although girls would be good at it. It might look slightly better with guys because they are taller on average. Almost everything in gymnastics looks better with someone taller.

Watching someone really good on trampoline was cool. It was similar to diving, with many of the same moves. But with trampoline they kept doing it one right after the other. It had a rhythm to it. It was like they were flying because they were up in the air most of the time.

Do you invite people to your apartment that often who would want to exercise with you? That seems like a very rare circumstance, and not enough to buy another one. Particularly if you only have a studio apartment, room must be limited. I also know you like your space and it makes me wonder if you like inviting people into your apartment often

I don't think so. One is fine. Not everyone will feel like jumping, and if you are jumping and there is an extra one, they might feel obligated to join you, even if they don't really want to. Just put a mirror and a ballet barre on the extra wall with a nice plant; that would be a nice aesthetic.

Do you know how many of these things I see at garage sales? Will you really use them for longer than a month?

Oh yes I’ve been using these since I was 4 years old. At home or out of home when I cooks not keep one in a home. For myself id say music and reapplies equal in importance for quality of life. 🙂

It’s very large, it’s not a regular studio…i created it out of a living room in a house. I rent out the rest.

I use it multiple times a day and I have a large hexagon shaped cushion over it so when not in use it serves as a resting place.

I think I’m in the stage of dating so I understand having the company around always stay true to yourself. You don’t always have to sleep with anybody you owe it to yourself to see what’s out there and take a break when you need to.
