What is the sexiest casual outfit a man can wear?

Like what would actually make girls look at this guy and say "he's hot". Let's assume the guy does not have an unhealthy body and is not ugly.

The more simple the better. Plain dark jeans, no acid wash or fading or rips or whiskers dyed in.
Shoes that aren't shiny or bright, I don't want the first thing I notice to be your feet.
Plain shirts, or simply patterned shirt that fit, not too tight, not too baggy, no super low v necks- I don't are how much muscle you have. Tank tops are ok if you're going to be active. Do not wear active clothing unless you're going to or from the gym. Shorts are ok but the same idea stays --simple, no crazy patterns, designs, not overly pocketed. Cargo shorts are ok if they don't look like you just backpacked around the country without changing in them.
Basically dress as if you could walk into a store and meet the love of your life. Or dress as if you walk into a store with your partner and meet their parents.
Would you want your first impression to be someone who wears baggy, fad-tastic, ripped up, stained up, faded jeans and bright white shoes and a neon pick shirt covered in green tribal print. Topped off with oversized sunglasses and greasy hair?
Or would you prefer, plain jeans, a plain shirt, plain shoes, and nice hair?
Do you want your clothes to be seen or your face? Your wacky clothes or your personality.
Some people say their clothes reflect their personality, I think it shows they just want to be seen. I prefer to be classic

Something with a good amount of white. Preferably white sneakers, with either a really dark pants/ jeans, then a white T-shirt. T-shirt with horizontal stripes are generally also good. Something plain though.

Personally, (on casual occasions) I prefer guys with plain colored t-shirts, like those white ones, or black ones. If you are really toned, or muscular, tight ones will look good. Dark jeans and not too worn out shoes.

I like the "hipster style" I guess you could say... A nice chambray or plaid button down shirt, jeans ( denim or colored is fine) a beanie, snapback or a wide brim hat and maybe the stud earings if he has his ears pierced.

A shirt in a color (or colors) that complements his eye color and skin tone, and makes his shoulders look broad. Maybe a nice jacket or second layer, also. Jeans or pants that are fitted enough to show the shape of him but not so skintight they would be hard to remove. And boots, because they suggest a kind of capability that sneakers or tennis shoes don't. A long necklace/chain or two is also sexy as fuck.
