Guys do you find ombre hair attractive?

For those that don't know ombre is where you dye your hair ends blonde, while the rest of your head has a darker color.

Naturally I have like a light brown color, but I always wanted to be blonde. The thing is just that my roots look ridiculous compared to light blonde hair. So ombre is great in that way. I have quite long hair so I was thinking of bleaching quite a bit of it and leave only the top natural. Possibly add highlights.
