I overheard some girls about wearing safety shorts under their dresses wondered what they are and why you would wear shorts under a dress.
Girls, what are safety shorts? Do you wear them and why?
I wear spandex shorts whenever I wear a dress that stops above my knees, just in case something happens and the skirt comes up just a little too high. I especially wear them when dancing, I spin a lot when I dance and I don't want to flash people.

Basically like booty shorts. In case your dress comes up or something you'll have shorts on underneath so nothing shows. They're tight and you can't tell someone's wearing them unless you see them.

Safety shorts are tight shorts like spandex you wear under skirts and dresses to cover up underwear. Most girls generally wear them so perverts like you can never see their underwear.
I always wear black spandex under my skirts and dresses because I don't want creepy perverts like you looking up my skirts and dresses. My undies are not to be seen by creeps. Most guys are so creepy ew -
They're Usually something like spandex or nylon shorts that are sort of seamless so they don't show through the dress. and I wear them just in case my skirt or dress goes up unexpectedly so no one sees my underwear.

They're for just in case your undergarments show. Back in high school I wore them under my school skirt. Also, don't forget that the wind blows too or dresses hike up or get caught on things.
