It depends more on size. My sisters have huge boobs, and they need to either wear a bra, or sports bra for most of the day. They only sleep braless, but even then sometimes they have these supportive tank tops to keep their boobs from flopping or bouncing. I have small boobs, curse my genes lol, so I don't usually wear bras. Like at all. If I do, it's only if my nips will be very noticeable if it's cold, or if I wear like a white or light shirt/blouse, or a tight shirt. But I usually wear like black, grey, navy blue, dark colors. So most people can't tell if I'm wearing a bra or not. And I'm usually wearing baggy clothes and t shirts, so you can't tell I'm not wearing a bra.
If she has bigger boobs, she'll need more support and a good bra. If she has smaller boobs, bra isn't as necessary.
Also depends how fit her back and chest muscles are. If she's more on the fit and athletic side and with big boobs, her muscles would be able to support them more easily and she may not even have back pains at all, even at like a double D.
When I go out (especially with a guy) I wear push up bras because my boobs aren't that big so when I get home I change into a more comfortable bra because push ups (especially ones with wires) hurt after wearing them over time. It's like when I'm wearing jeans or dress pants all day, as soon as I get home I rather change into comfy flannels or sweats after a long day. When I sleep, I prefer to wear sports bras (without annoying adjustable straps) because the straps and buckles are so uncomfortable to sleep with when they are always jabbing into my back or shoulder blades. Which is another reason why a lot of woman don't sleep with bras on.

It doesn't hurt to walk without a bra and running without a bra is more annoying than painful. They go everywhere, they don't csuse tears. Jumping now that hurts... But how often are you jumping each day? Not often at all
It's most likely like with shoes.
You wouldn't walk around outside throughout the day without shoes on, would you? Because you need their support and protection and so on.
But once you come home by the end of the day, it's an amazingly relieving feeling to get rid of them and let your feet breathe and enjoy their cozy freedom.
And my guess is, it's the same with bras for girls. But please correct me if I'm wrong, girls.
I assume its similar to wearing shoes, it feels less restrictive when its off.

Because bras are uncomfortable, especially after a long day. Taking it off is the best feeling. Of course, I don't have big boobs so I don't need a lot of support but it's still so "freeing" to take it off at the end of the day. So, I assume it's the same for women who are more well endowed also.
Boobs bounce when you walk or run. When they bounce, it usually hurts which is why we need support.
At home you're doing little to no walking and your chest is not restricted by anything. Imagine wearing a ball cup ALL THE TIME. Even if it protects your sack, it gets annoying after awhile.
Try putting on a bra yourself and you'll realize that after a few hours it will start to feel uncomfortable.
Actually, bras cause sagging to happen faster, because being supported all the time causes the skin tissue to break down. Bras are constrictive, and constricting your breasts causes breast cancer. There are many scientific studies that have linked both sagging and breast cancer to bras. And bras CAUSE back problems. Going braless is the way to fix sagging and back problems. Wearing a bra makes it all the worse. I can post proof of this, too.
It depends on how big ur boobs are
If ur an a cup u dont really have to wear a bra but guys dont realize if you have big boobs you have to wear underwire to hold them up underwire hurts when it digs in ur skin and leave a mark when you take it off it feels like your free i love it!
... its not like all our boobs weigh that much to give us back problems. i personally dont have small boobs but i dont get back issues. taking a bra off is quite liberating, yeah, but mainly cuz the feeling of underwire is annoying.
bra basically holds the breasts up with as minimal support as possible and most of them are made of elastic band on the lower region so it kind of starts hurting and if the size is big, the whole weight is on the shoulders so it starts paining, it feels like much freer, wearing a bra is like someone is holding ur breasts from behind, when it is left down ur body feels free..
80% of girls choose the wrong bra. Bras do support the breasts but they do need to let them free to otherwise wearing it will make everything sore. There are advantages and disadvantages to everything but that what makes us women :)
I think most girls who have bigger busts are the ones who feel the most unconformable in bras that don't fit them well, and when they say " I can't wait to get this bra off" they probably don't think about the consequences.
Yea we'll deal with that when it comes to it. But for now the bras will come off as soon as I get home. I just feel restricted after wearing them all day.
If you had to wear a jock strap all day, would it not be the first thing to come off when you get home? ;)
I rarely take mine off. Keeping it off causes saggy boobs.
But, usually it's big boobs that cause back problems, & that's even if the bra is on or off.
I have a small chest, so I don't need the support. It just feels restrictive! So when I take off my bra, it's really freeing and comfy.
Bras are sooo uncomfortable like if you had it on for like a long time it just feels so fee to take it off lol

Ok lets talk steel toes, they come in handy. They are good reliable shoes and good protection from having your foot smashed.. but they are also quite heavy. WhenIi get home I really want to take them off lol.
Small boobs here so much nicer not to wear a bra. also no back pain for me. I think they would need to be rather big to cause that
I personally don't really give a shit if I have one on. If they're uncomfortable, probably means they're the wrong size.
i love bras,. i hate being without them. its uncomfortable. they just swing about. i hate it.
Bra for me is just to cover up the nipples. When attending something outdoor, bra is a must. But inside my house, take it off; uncomfortable.
