Yes, of course. A nice and even tan usually looks good on a girl.

For example, Jessica Alba has an olive like skin tone, and she's very attractive.

Yes, I had of bf when I was in highschool who looked like he was always tanned, but his skin was so nice, not too dark, but not white. I can't explain, but he was brunette and had some amazing brown eyes :)

I hate to say it but all I date are women who have some color in their skin, it just looks so nice. I still find white women attractive but when I was in Rio, I became a broken toy stuck on the many shades of beauty.
