the "mini boner" is caused when aroused and the penis starts to enlarge. It doesn't become erect, per se, but it does become engorged. It is possible to hide these easily, especially with today's style. He knows it's there though.

Yes it is possible to lay with a girl and not get a boner, but it is hard. Very hard. It takes enormous mental and emotional control, but it is possible. IT is really challenging if the guy feels any connection to the girl he's with, but people like sisters and stepsisters and whatnot do not give guys a boner.

Yes we can have a "mini boner" it's called a chubby. It is also possible to not get a boner when you are in bed with them but it is hard. The more experiance you have the easier it is.
