Around 15+ degrees celsius (59+ fahrenheit). I could wear it if it was windy though, because then it feels like it's colder even though it's not. But in normal, 15 degree weather, it would start to feel a bit too hot.
85-90 degrees maybe, it depends on the day.
I live in Florida, I'd say that so long as the humidity were low it could be in the low 90's before it became too hot.
About...10C.
I have 1 hoodie , only wore it once. Too hot.

there ist no "too hot" for me.
if I want to wear a hoodie or a sweatshirt, I wear it - even in 115 F.
my body got used to warm clothes as I'm wearing long underwear under my clothes for many years.
About 15 degrees Celsius (59 Fahrenheit) would be the highest I think until it's too hot to wear it. But that could differ depending on what part of the world your from I'm from South East of England.
Depends on if it's windy or calm, sunny or cloudy. I usually won't wear a hoody if it's over 60
