Im a daily gstring wearer. I've worn a gstring to the gym a few times and instantly regretted it and took them off in the bathroom and went commando now i only wear boyleg undies for working out

I don;t go running or yoga, but I do wear leggings/exercise pants when I work out at gyms and I wear it with boy shorts or ordinary panties, never in thongs.

I usually work out commando! My workout outfit is usually workout leggings and a athletic top. You don't need underwear with leggings!

  Although I will say, that I only own thong underwear. So in normal life, I am wearing them every day, just not when I work out.

More often then not. I'm not wearing underwear when I do my main work out. Usually I'm wearing a swimsuit because I'm going into the pool.
