Being funny.
Being kind.
Being thoughtful.
Being respectful.
Being honest.
Being loyal.

Unattractive:
Being fake - pretending to be one way or liking certain things, but being the opposite or completely disliking those things or knowing nothing about them...

Being a hypocrite - I just hate them...

Being rude/mean to anyone... Why would you possibly want to do that unprovoked and for no reason? I always know those people have some major issues so they take it out on others to make themselves feel better...

Big nose in any race not cute, dark circles around eyes, crocked teeth. People love oval shaped faces, symmetrical features, full lips, beautiful almond shaped eyes and beautiful glowing healthy skin. Healthy people are usually attractive to most.

From scientific perspective human beings regardless of culture finds symmetry and well-proportioned faces more attractive than asymmetry because symmetry shows health and people wants a healthy offspring. If a face's facial features is too big or too small it would be considered unattractive. It applies to both genders.

Signs to diseases is also often seen as unattractive like bad teeth, smell etc. Another thing that's seen as unattractive is facial deformity.

Anything that remotely signifies health and fertility will likely be found attractive, possibly more on a subconscious level.

Even some of the highlighting that women do for their eyes with mascara or other makeup can emulate this.

For men, a certain amount of physical fitness, strength, and bone structure of the face.

Non-materialistic: Doesn't need to compulsively buy things to be happy.

Manly behavior: I really dont feel homo, and femininity is attractive to me.
Lack of manners: Relies on common sense, and education, but can be a violent turn off.
Lack of culture/interest: Not being able to discuss is a minus to me.

I have traveled to a lot of different countries experienced a lot of different cultures and I never thought about or looked for unattractiveness in a culture I always sought out the things that made them unique and beautiful in their own way so I really can't answer your question
