Turkish are not middle eastern
Iranian are , even their features could tell

I think Turkish women are beautiful because they are natural!
Some say Iran but Iran is the land of plastic surgeries lol almost all girls there have done their lips nose or cheeks or smth else and they use heavy make up too

So yeah I think Turkish girls are most beautiful

We can not generalize. We can find heavenly beauties as well as the ugly girls in all the countries. Internal Beauty is more important than External Beauty. External Beauty attracts. Inner Beauty captivates.
