Rosy cheeks look good if they're naturally done on any hair color. If it's a natural blush that comes from the body it looks so cute! But if it's makeup it looks really bad if OVER done. I've seen women put on waaaaay too much blush and it looks crazy - not cute (regardless of hair color). If you want to apply blush makeup - make sure you identify with your "skin tone" first. They have different blushes for different complexion (someone with darker skin would wear a bronze gold toned blush vs someone with pale skin would do a lighter rose pop). As long as it appears natural - you've nailed it 👍🏼 my ex used to love this blush I had from "physicians formula" brand because it correlates to your mood ( I don't know the science behind it ) but whenever I smiled it popped up and he would always say "aahhh! You're so happy to see me! Look you're blushing!" And I loved that. ❤️ Other than that, yes blush looks great on anyone :)

For sure they are cute! I get rosy cheeks when ever I go indoors these days since I'm so warmly dressed for the outside, once I get indoors I feel a bit flushed. I get compliments though!!
