Either stockings or pantyhose. How often do you wear them and which do you prefer?

I wear either almost daily, as I work in an office and business attire is the norm. Usually I wear a neutral skintone color like beige, taupe or nude the most. Next would be black and occasionally white. Depending on the outfit.
