thanks for opinions. I thought it was considered muscular looking on the celebs but, maybe it's viewed different ways

No, I think it depends on the woman and not so much her jaw...
if she looks feminine, a square jaw usually makes her look even more attractive... but if she looks manly, the square jaw only makes her look manly and like a possible transvestite. :/

That being said, I actually prefer the looks of women with masculine facial traits.
