What does it mean when a guy's eyes shine when he looks at you?

So you see one of my best friends eyes shine when ever he looks at me and I need to know what it means my cousin said it is the light but even when it is dark his eyes light up like a Christmas tree

Eyes "lighting up" has nothing to do with attraction. Your cousin was right - it's just the light. As another person said, he probably just has shiny eyes. If you want to know if this guy likes you, look for other signs.

I don't think it means anything. he just has shiny eyes. I don't think eyes shine when they like someone I guess it could but idk.
