What do you think of wide legged pants?

Lately I've been noticing more and more girls wearing jeans or other pants with those really wide legs. I don't know wether it's a global thing or not, but I do know that I don't find them good looking at all! What do you think? Do they look nice or do you consider this as another weird trend?

lol those are like the old school jeans/pants women use to wear called "bell bottoms". they were really popular since like 1970's until like the early 2000's, and then skinny jeans, yoga pants, and etc. took over for women's fashion.

I don’t like them personally. All I wear is sneakers and I like to show off my shoes so I wear skinny jeans

I think they can look good on a tall girls' legs but I don't think it will be good option for short girls.
