Well, my ex is a tattoo artist, and your boob will be showing, but not your nipples, he will give you tape to cover your nipples. YOU will have to cover them, not that he or she, the tattoo artist will do it for you, cos that would mean he will see your nipples, lol. what she said when she does women that do ink on certain parts of their body, regardless of her being a woman too. Its just a rule and policy.

I wouldn’t recommend it, but my sister had a tattoo right above her butt cheek so she had to stand there with no pants or underwear on while they were doing it... luckily she doesn’t get embarrassed about that sort of thing and she had a female artist

The artist would be a professional and will be well used to having customer undress partially to do tattoos and on more private areas - More than likely will have a private area for more intimate tattoo placements
Speaking as a guy, breasts without tattoos are much more attractive than ones with tattoos
