There are several factors:
- Makeup

In movies you can change your appearance a lot. Johnny Depp could easily pass as a white guy in one of the newer movies.

As captain J. Sparrow he has brown skin, brown eyes, black hair and his facial features looks more youthful:

Johnny Depp looks even very different in real life than when he was bleached although he had the same hairstyle.

He looks good in both, in many scenes. But remembered they are 2 very different characters. Tony Montana is supposed to look pretty bad/disheveled in many scenes.
Is this a serious question? WOW! Age, wardrobe, lighting, make up, all of these things go into making an actors role believable.
On a side note, you do know that actual werewolves and vampires weren't hired for the twilight film series, right?
I really thought actual vampires were used. Thanks
well seems like makeup was in the Godfather because as a mob boss you gotta have that swag
scar face seems a little more gruesome and he may need to have a more rugged look
The difference is his eyebrows are thinner in The Godfather.
Fact: the thinner the eyebrows, the more you look young and your eyes pop.
Actually it's the opposite. Thicker eyebrows make you look younger (at least for girls)
He looks the same to me
Typical Southern Italian/Sicilian guy

There’s a 11 year difference in the movies
The Godfather came out in 1972 while Scarface came out in 1983
He aged a bit
I think he looks sexy in both😄
I think he looks great in both movies
I think in Scarface, he didn’t
But I guess that was the point of the movie that money rules everything
Nah man. That dude is badass
Pacino had range, well until the late 90's.
It’s called makeup
