Depends on what kind of look you're going for. For me, I find that no beards gives a fresh clean and young look. Almost like the nice guy look. Beard is more mature and rugged, I'd say like a true man (I don't mean those without beards aren't true men, just it looks more manly to me)

Important thing is how good the beard is, some guys just can't grow good looking beards. I don't think I have a preference really, both look good but maybe clean shaven.

I tend to feel more attraction to guys with no beard or sometimes I do like some guys who have a beard but it's usually one that is no longer than the bearded side of that guy in the photo. I kind of like to see the guy's face which is what attract me most. So if the beard hides a lot the face it lowers my possible attraction.
