What weight and clothes size are considered chubby or fat in Asia?

Also if you know could you tell me how do Asian girls maintain their weight? I have western genes i weigh around the 120s I am a tad above 5'0 , I have wide hips , I have a 26 inch waist, and I am a size 7 pant size in the usa I already know that I'm fat in Asia maybe even obese lol

Well I don't about every Asian country but,
I am 6.2 feet with 75kg (I am underweight) weight and 34 hip waist... so you are not that heavy by any standards and Asia is very big continent (I am South-Asian) so you have to narrow it down a little bit.

Asians aren't necessarily "thin", they are short, have small builds and low muscle mass.
Which is why they are considered overweight at 23 BMI and at risk to health as early as 19~20 BMI.

They may not look chubby, but they are the most "skinny fat".

Well, I'm a bit Asian, (I wish I was more!) and I have a high metabolism... maybe they all do too! They eat they're own kind of food, which I'll bet is VERY good for their bodies, such as fish, good protein!

Not sure about sizes but their diet is so different than here, Chinese food there is nothing like here , they eat mostly vegetables and fish or chicken and plenty of fruits
