Why do boys boys stare at girls when they are putting on lip balm, lip gloss, lipstick?

I was putting on lip balm and this boy wouldn’t stop staring at me until I stopped so I ask my friends and they said it happens to them I also saw a tweet about it and all the girls responded it also happened to them. So why do boys do that? It’s quite uncomfortable

Like breastfeeding in public, wearing no bra, staring guys in public transportation (esp me) y'all do the most and want reaction that suits y'all. Not how world works.

Sorry but I don't know if you know that lip balm dries out so you are also going to have to re-apply it, same with lipgloss and a lot of lipsticks fade as the day advances, also breastfeeding is meant to feed your baby it’s not to get a reaction you can’t control when your baby is hungry. And do you know how uncomfortable bras can get? Sometimes we have to rush to the store before it closes and don’t have time to put it on other times we forget and if we don’t for most of us it’s definitely not to get a reaction

Well I'm not going say you shouldn't feel uncomfortable. But I'm just telling what guys think, why they do what they do, and here's how they will react. They stare cause think your trying get attention. So it validates that should stare and give you attention. Even though that's not what you want

women don’t put ourselves into predicaments, maybe learn to not stare? is putting on chapstick so abnormal to you or something? the only reason why it’s so uncomfortable is because everyone is staring when we’re doing something very normal, what’s not normal is the fact that you think that breastfeeding is attention seeking. wearing no bra is also something that you shouldn’t be worried about, the fact that you admit that you are one of those unmannered boys says a lot about your character. no one does anything for your attention, we mind our own business and maybe you should too.
