I mean, if she was good enough for him when he was not rich why wouldn't she be now? He could probably find more attractive girls then too. Women are not objects that you can afford more or less depending on your bank account. Why would he dump someone that loved him for who he was to get someone that would have probably never looked at him when he was average?

Also, she is not even ugly as some people say, she is just plain/average.

Because he’s one of the richest men on the planet, worth billions of dollars. Many people believe that someone if this caliber can acquire the most attractive of women, because of the money, fame, and power all of this is supposed to follow from someone of Zuckerberg’s profile or caliber. Now, I personally don’t think money and power are necessarily the same thing, quite distinct actually. I think there are many people who are wealthy who have a weak soul and are cowards. Money doesn’t make you powerful, but it can exacerbate what power you do have and it gives you capabilities. Being powerful comes from within, aura or presence of someone. Many people who have a lot of money might feel a false sense of power, but once they are standing in the presence of someone truly powerful, they’ll realize how wrong they were. Sorry for going on the tangent, but it is a fact that many people equate money and power but I see them as two different things. Many people also believe that women like a man who is powerful and wealthy, even though he’s not physically attractive. It’s kind of biological if you think about it. The man didn’t need to necessarily be the pretty or attractive one. The man only needed to provide and protect the family.

Yeah, with the amount of wealth he has, he could indeed have gotten a (trophy wife), which by the way, his wife is. Its like you said, in terms of looks, she's just average. But there's a lot more to her than just that.

A woman or man can have all the looks and hotness in the world, but if he or she does not know how to show/give proper COMFORT, LOYALTY, SUPPORT, LOVE and anything else along those lines, your looks or money are worth NOTHING. Because looks and money most definitely will not give you that.

Which is exactly something this generation does not seem to understand.

So focused on looks, on getting that good looking guy with a perfect jawline or hairline or whatever, or girl with that firm fitness booty or whatever. Even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting that, we all got preferences, right. we all want someone good looking, lets be honest. But when it comes down to the things i mentioned above, looks and money just won't cut it.

Which is also why most of the times, most of it, you'll see a wealthy guy with an average looking woman, or the other way around, or whatever have you.

in my opinion that just proves how much women are objectfied and have been objectified by society (and more specifically men) since ancient times..
We're socially conditioned to believe that a woman's primary value is her beauty.. Sadly, other qualities such as personality, humor, intelligence, style etc. are secondary and aren't valued as much, when it comes to women.

This is a very complicated discussion. One could argue it's a matter of biology (that men are biologically conditioned to be attracted to younger beautiful women)-and undoubtedly looks play a role when selecting a partner (I mean very few people would wanna date someone who looks like Gollum from LOTR or the hunchback of Notre Dame) however in my opinion it also has to do with social conditioning (with the different way girls and boys are raised, playing with Barbies when they're little etc.).

Well most women don't accept that. You can see on here the demands about the things a guy needs to have to be eligible for a relationship. And many women to feel the need to trade up if they feel superior to a guy. Based on the statistics it seems to get worse among wealthier women with them becoming exponentially more demanding in proportion to wealth and status.

I don't care about wealth or education or status in women and I'd like women to see me the same way. This is why I and many guys would agree that a woman who likes you when you're nothing is a keeper.

But the question remains, if she was the one who rose to own facebook, would she have felt the need to ditch him along the way? We don't really know. But I'm just not confident that she would stay given that everywhere I go, g@g, social media, news media, YouTube, in real life, everywhere, people are telling that women care about this shit.

So while a girl who likes you when you're nothing is more of keeper than a girl who needs you to be 'something' to be liked, the girl who likes you and doesn't care if you're nothing even when she is 'something' is the truest of keepers.

I always said to myself... if I'm ever rich, I would act like I'm genuinely broke when dating girls because you never know who's just after your money and/possessions and who actually loves you for who you are and genuinely enjoys every moment with you. It's harder to find the latter, especially the richer your ate because there's so many fake people in the world. People assume that a guy who has what women move value in a guy, i. e. ability to provide, would require his girl to have what guys value the most (at least initially), i. e. looks. From what I understand she started dating him before he was rich, which means that she has the highest chance of actually liking him for who he is, and keeping him grounded.
That type of loyalty, and the debt one owes to the women who loved you when you had nothing, must be repayed when you have something (or a lot of something). If a girl is with me when I was a loser, and thought I was great, I would give her everything when I made it, even if she was just a normal looking girl.

Well most women are something people can or can't afford. Many are very greedy and will totally go with someone they don't like if they have lots of money.
Mark is intelligent enough to know that and stay with someone that actually cares about him. He probably has a good connection with her and has more in common. Women aren't objects but that doesn't mean it doesn't help to be rich, powerful and/or successful. But I do agree with you on this. She's plenty attractive and they have a good relationship and kids. There's no reason for him to leave her for a "hotter" wife... yet.
