Isn’t Amber Heard way more gorgeous than Scarlett Johansson?

Many are comparing Amber to her, and I don’t get it. I’m not even sure why people think Scarlett is good-looking. I mean, sure, she has some good angles I guess, but Amber’s angles are good all around.

I honestly can't say that I care for either of them much since it's impossible for me to look past their subpar personalities but yeah I'd say Amber has a nicer body.

I think most celebrities are overrated. Dress anyone up and put them in the fame spotlight and they will have a fan club that say they are hot or sexy.

I agree, but there are some that actually are good-looking. Even science says Amber is one of the best looking people.

Also society dictates who the hottest people are its all opinion based. Also its interesting that what was hot in the 80s or 90s is not hot now and whats hot now would. have been meh in the 80s or 90s. As time goes on our definition of who is hot and who is not seems to change.

I disagree. Styles change a bit, sure, but I would say things stay pretty consistent overall. Amber just has better facial features, no denying it.

Not taking anything away from Amber but yeah it does matter of fact society at one point in time deemed being overly obese as a sign of attractiveness as that meant they were capable of providing for the family as well as wide birthing hips were a bigger turn on due to the belief that stronger children could be born witb less pressure on the mom. Also big fake boobs were also a thing that made women "More attractive" at one point. Over history they have changed quite a bit actually.

That’s different. We’re talking about facial features. Look back throughout history at hollywood actors and the ones that were considered beautiful then are still widely thought of as beautiful today.

And I’m sure that being overly obese was never considered attractive. Maybe you mean slightly thicker, in which case, I can understand that.

Also, if you’re gonna explain obesity as being attractive at the time due to the fact that it implicated people had more food or this and that, then that’s not really obesity being attractive for its own sake. It’s the difference between sleeping with someone because you find them hot versus marrying someone because you think they are well off monetarily.

Nah if you compared past actors and actresses with current you can definitely tell the difference in terms of what we think is hot today versus what they thought was hot then. Even comparing Marilyn Monroe probably butchered the last name as I am making a quick reference doesn't hold a candle to what we view as hot now. Sadly we can't determine if the people from that era think that todays actors and actresses would be considered just as hot or hotter. So again its just your and my opinion on what we percieve is hot. Keep in mind there are people that think amber and scarlett aren't very good looking.. blasphemous I know but again I stick by the eye of the beholder.

People still think of Marylin Monroe as a sex icon or whatever. She’s like Scarlett. Not too beautiful facially, but had the curves and sexy persona, like Scarlett does. The difference is that now people actually have the means to work out all the time. And since we have more available to us today than anyone has had before us, I’m gonna stick with what people find attractive today as the best to come. 😛 And, sure, it may be in the eye of the beholder or whatever, but I think most of those eyes hold more or less the same opinion. There are outliers of course, though.

Anyway, I wasn’t expecting to have a whole conversation about this. lol But it was fun nonetheless.
